I have focused on long-term hydrological response and transport dynamics in response to climatic variability based on hydrological modelling at catchment scale during my PhD period at TU Delft in the Netherlands. As we know, ecohydrological processes in subarctic regions are undergoing rapid transformation with warm air and climatic variability. However, comprehensive and integrated ecohydrological studies remain insufficiently developed. So my main research objective is to evaluate pressing changes in ecosystem water availability caused by changes in snow conditions locally and globally, particularly on snow processes and tree water uptake using water isotope data in ecohydrological modeling in northern environments.
