I'm a psychologist and a doctoral researcher, studying socio-ecological resilience among young people as part of a transdisciplinary Frontiers of Arctic and Global Resilience (FRONT) research program. In my doctoral research, I'm focusing on how young people relate to climate crisis. More specifically, I'm examining what kind of conflicts young adults are experiencing while trying to live sustainably in an inherently unsustainable society, and how they cope with these conflicts and so-called border tensions related to them. One of the aims of my research is to contribute to our understanding on climate-friendly food choices as well as pro-environmental behavior more generally.
