I work as a university teacher and doctoral researcher at the Research Unit of Health Sciences and Technology in the Health Management Science degree program.
My research interests are related to leadership and management in healthcare, reforming and human-centered health services, and the well-being of healthcare work communities and organizations. My dissertation focuses on the implementation leadership in healthcare.
