Tiia is a doctoral researcher in the 6G Enabling Sustainable Society (6GESS). Tiia is also working on the STAGE project (Stay Healthy Through Ageing). The main focus of her research is patient and public involvement in digital therapeutics development and research, as well as how patient and public involvement can be integrated with agile development. She began her work at the University of Oulu in the More Stamina project as a research assistant and later continued as a project researcher. Tiia holds a Master of Health Sciences degree and has experience working in healthcare at the Oulu University Hospital (OYS).
