Topias Järvinen

Topias Järvinen graduated as D.Sc. (Tech) in Electronics Materials and Devices in 2024 from University of Oulu. The thesis "Sensor Applications of MoS2 and WS2 thin films", (https://urn.fi/URN:NBN:fi:oulu-202405273975) explored the on-chip grown thin films in different applications. A portable measurement device was developed to facilitate wireless electrochemical measurements. The research work is continued with topics in synthesizing, characterizing and measuring nanomaterials as well as their integration to different sensor and energy technology applications.
