Yueyi is a doctoral researcher in the Hybrid Intelligence program. She holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Beihang University. Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked as a software engineer for three years at the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her research focuses on the interdisciplinary integration of computer vision and human sciences, aiming to bridge human cognitive intelligence and artificial intelligence to explore hybrid intelligence.
Her research interests encompass Humanoid Cognitive AI, Emotionally Intelligent Systems, Multimodal Human Behaviour Perception and Context-aware AI-enhanced Interactions.
