Research Projects at the CASR

The member units of the CASR are working in numerous fundamental and application-oriented research and development projects concerning steel processing, manufacturing, microstructure and properties, fabrication, and applications.

The projects are funded by various programs and foundations such as EU Horizon, Research Funds for Coal and Steel, Academy of Finland, Business Finland, etc. In most projects, also many universities and research institutes as well industry companies are the consortium partners.
