The Arctic AI Day is being organized for the third time! This time, we combine two days at the Nordic Art Hotel Lasaretti into one full information—and research-packed day! The focus theme in 2024 is Transparent AI.

Course Credits for students
If you’re a student (of any level), you can gain 2 credits from the event. Please note that the credits are not available if you have got the credits from the previous Arctic AI Days events.
You gain 2 credits by submitting a short report (2-4 pages) summarizing minimum 4 talks, posters, or demos you found engaging and your thoughts based on the research questions presented. Presenting a poster covers half of the written requirements. The credits are graded pass/fail.
To gain the credits, submit your report to ella.peltonen@oulu.fi together with your student number on 3.12.2024 at the latest. There is no need to register for the credits (but you need to register for the event).
