Kvantum Institute's Director Seppo Vainio is visiting Harvard University
Vainio presented in the conference his latest findings on the development of novel methods and applications for extracellular vesicles. His research focuses on exploring the role, function, and potential of nano level communication with novel nanomaterials including liposomes in various biological processes and diseases.
Besides participating in the conference, Vainio is also taking the opportunity to network with other researchers and institutes in the Boston area, which is known for its innovation and excellence in science and technology. He is especially interested in collaborating with sustainability institutes that share his vision of creating a healthier and smarter future for life sciences.
Vainio's visit to Harvard University is part of his efforts to promote the Kvantum Institute as a world-class center for multidisciplinary research on environmental engineering and information technology. He hopes to establish long-term partnerships and exchange programs with leading institutions in the US and elsewhere.
"I am very honored and excited to be here at Harvard University and to attend the Gordon EV conference. This is a great opportunity to showcase our research at Kvantum Institute and to learn from the best in the field. I believe that by working together, we can make a positive impact on society and the environment through innovative solutions that will stem from the nano level molecular communication technologies as a whole," Vainio said.
