Login problems for some users

There have been problems with MFA authentication for some users. The problem appears to exist for those who use text message or call for MFA authentication. When verification fails, the system will not be able to log you in. 

The scope of the problem is currently being explored and the cause is being troubleshooted.

If you have problems logging in, you can try the following as a temporary solution:

1. If you have used a VPN connection, disconnect the VPN connection and try to log in to the service again without VPN.

2. Try using the service with another browser or clear the browser's cache.
