Our Campus ICT service point (TH109) will answer your questions, but at the moment it is quite congested.
The doors are open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Efforts are made to answer calls and emails as soon as possible, on weekdays from 8 am to 3:45 pm.

"I am a new student. Where can I get information on IT services at the university?”

"I am an old student. What happened to my account during the summer, I can't log in?"
- Have you received an e-mail notification that your password has expired? Or have you forgotten it? Set a new password: https://account.oulu.fi/passwd.
- Have you registered to your study rights annually? If not, your account is closed. Read more: Annual registration | University of Oulu.
"I'm a foreigner and I'm starting my studies. I have not received an account/password. What do I do?”
- Come to the Campus ICT service point which is in TH109, and we will put your user account in order.
