Oulu Business School awarded its faculty for innovative teaching initiatives

On April 4, Dean Janne Järvinen and Education Dean Satu Nätti awarded certificates for the second consecutive year to three faculty members for their contributions to the business school.

Programme Director Antti Kauppila was awarded, along with International Coordinator Elisa Mejias, in recognition of their ownership and development work in collaboration with EM Lyon Business School.

Senior Research Fellow Lauri Haapanen received the award in recognition of his long-term commitment to developing the International Business Management BSc degree programme at the Oulu Business School. Lauri has implemented new and creative strategies to involve students in the programme's development and to foster work-life connections that benefit students, such as the mentoring project.

They have dedicated themselves to creating an extraordinary experience for the EM Lyon group as our guests. This involves content that matters to them, company visits, and enriching experiences in Oulu. This project is significant for the faculty’s international cooperation and is a collaboration we are proud to be part of.
