Summer 2024 opening hours of Academic Affairs service teams

Please, check the opening hours of the services of the Academic Affairs service teams on website. For urgent matters, please contact us in good time before the services close.

Academic Affairs Service Teams: service counters in Academic Affairs service points are closed 17.6. and 1.–31.7.2024. The phone service of the study affairs in Linnanmaa Campus is closed 17.6. and 15.–31.7. The phone service of the study affairs in Kontinkangas Campus is open during the summer. Please notice that due to summer break there will be delays in answering the messages. In addition to this, there are restrictions in the accessibility of the service team especially in July.

The services of the Academic Affairs Service Teams will be transferred to the faculties starting from 1 August .

Note the change from 1.8.2024: services for students (incl. service desk and phone service) will be transferred to faculties (News in Students Web site). Check from 1.8.2024 the Faculty Service Team contact information and location on the Student website under 'For you' list.
