UniMove's exercise counselling for wellbeing – appointments available for the spring!
Would you like to improve your well-being through exercise? Do you want more physical activity in your everyday life, but you don't know where and how to start? There are still available appointments for the UniMove exercise counselling in April and May, after which the service will take a summer break.

Exercise counselling could be just for you, if:
- you want support in getting started with exercise
- you need individual guidance to find a suitable form of exercise
- you need ways to make exercise a regular part of everyday life
- you also seek support from exercise for mental well-being and stress management
