We challenge everyone to think about how we, as a community and individuals, can strive for fairness and inclusiveness in our everyday lives and best show that we do not accept racist behaviour. To support your thinking, we recommend all to explore anti-racism guidelines published by the Finnish Red Cross.

Additionally, the University of Oulu will be publishing a series of stories and video interviews with the members of our community throughout the week. Keep an eye on our social media channels, more information is coming soon.

Last but not least, we warmly invite the members of our community to participate. If you wish to be interviewed and share your experiences on how can we as a community and as individuals strive for fairness and inclusiveness in our everyday lives, send a message to international.affairs@oulu.fi

The University of Oulu has zero-tolerance for bullying, harassment, or racism. Inappropriate treatment at the workplace should be reported directly to your Line Manager or online.
