The research interests are:

The associations and impact of digital media use (e.g. internet, social media, online gaming) to people's health and wellbeing

factors related to mental wellbeing
In addition, we develop and evaluate effective health and well-being promotion methods. The aim is to provide new knowledge for the public, professionals and policy makers to promote the health and wellbeing of individuals and populations.
Target groups include children, adolescents, young adults, families and professionals.
Qualitative and quantitative methods and validated scales are used in the research.
