Emma Määttä works as a doctoral researcher in the Fiber and Particle Engineering Research Unit. Her research focuses on the chemical fractionation and modification of lignocellulosic materials with novel green methods. One of the most important aims of her research is to reduce emissions emerging from the fractionation process.
