I am the project manager of the KASVA project. My goal is to help organizations create practical tools and strategies through my research and developmental approach, enabling them to foster open communication, participation, and build social capital in various operational environments to support growth and development.
My research interests focus on leadership, virtual leadership, social capital, and silence, and their impacts on both businesses and public organizations. I am endlessly interested in developing business environments and leadership. The ecosystems of business development and their effectiveness in achieving growth and development are at the core of my interest.
In my dissertation, "Virtual Leadership in the Embrace of Paradoxes: Leadership Supporting Social Capital and Voice in Municipalities," I examine leadership practices and the significance of emotions as causes of silence in organizations. Additionally, I have studied various forms of leadership within the framework of virtual leadership and the importance of social capital in supporting organizational success.
My work experience includes thousands of hours of training in areas such as leadership, social capital, strategic development, sales, and marketing. I have previously worked as a lawyer, business director, and in other people management roles in both growth companies and public organizations.
