Seble's main research interests include river hydrology, remote sensing, hydrodynamic modeling, flood risk assessment and the environmental impacts of hydropower. Her contributions are instrumental in enhancing our understanding of flood hazards and developing effective strategies for managing water resources in the face of climate change and increasing urbanization.
Currently, Seble is working as a doctoral researcher, focusing on multidisciplinary approaches and novel unmanned aerial vehicle imaging methods to support riverine restoration actions.
